TRX Fit (Total Resistance Exercise)

This class is another great class for all levels of fitness. The TRX requires you to stabilize your body during movements, engaging your core in almost every exercise. This improves core strength, balance and posture. 

It is also gentle on the joints, making it a great option for people with injuries, or looking for a low impact workout that still builds strength.
