This is a high intensity class (low impact option always available) using different pieces of kit.
The heart rate will go up and maintain up throughout the session. You will be moving in every different direction, lifting, throwing, slamming, challenging the body and pushing outside your comfort zones.
Don't be afraid, everyone takes it at their own pace, rest when you really need, we will be there to get you through it. This like all classes is a class for all fitness levels. There is something for everyone.
