But you’ve heard about the importance of strength training over and over again and want to stay consistent so let us help you. 

 Come and learn the fundamentals of weight  training; learn how to progressively overload to increase strength over time; learn proper form, technique and tempo, improve mobility and follow a consistent programme where you will see and feel the results. 

And then be sure to utilise the open gym sessions to continue your training in your own time.
