Whether you’re completely new to kettlebells or looking to improve your competition performance, KBX Sport is designed to help you develop strength, endurance, technique, and confidence through structured kettlebell sport training.
Over time, you’ll learn and master the six foundation lifts of kettlebell sport:

• Long Cycle
• Jerk
• Half Snatch
• Push Press
• Snatch
Each session focuses on building the skills needed to become a more efficient and capable lifter. You’ll learn:
